Alder sales internship

Southeast USA, plus commissions, $9 per hour

Details about ALDER Direct to Home Internship:

Working out of our office sites with our high customer base concentration in Texas, North Carolina, Florida, and Louisiana, the interns would be from Texas, North Carolina, Florida, or Louisiana. Our corporate office resides in Utah.
With positions for 15 candidates in the above 4 sites, we would ideally present 60 candidates overall.

Training and direct-to-home program:

Joining a direct-to-home force, interns would be expected to show up for the correlation meeting six days a week for one hour minimum, where they would get training, business mentoring, and other priceless business skills. Following the conference, everyone works their shift in the pre-arranged area managed by the area manager in tandem with current clients and field technicians to provide our goods and services to a particular site.

Roles and duties:

• • Six days a week, make attendance at the daily correlation meeting.
  • Work eight hours in the assigned area with the whole team.
  • Show possible interested clients our goods and services.
  • Learn and be competent in business products and services to provide to both current and new clients solutions for complete life safety in their homes. (Burglar, fire, carbon monoxide, medical, flood.).

Proposed pay-plan:

• • For forty hours of labor, we would be paid the minimum wage—$300.
  • After the first account every week, interns would be qualified for a $400 commission per additional account created. Our regular interns create 4–8 fresh accounts every week.
  • Should at least one new account not be created weekly for the quota, the candidate would be deemed not to be a good fit. Training runs three to four weeks.
