To help you get the most out of your stay in Portugal, the Lisbon Internship Program offers fun weekend activities. Our Lisbon events are designed to make the most of everything the city has to offer, even though you will be working during the day. You must make the most of living overseas, even if your internship is the most crucial aspect.

City Tour with a Guide

This is your chance to get to know Lisbon, your new home, and discover its many interesting areas and stunning sites! We will take you to Lisbon, one of the world’s most culturally diverse cities, so don’t forget to bring your camera. Spending time with other Divine Talent Hub students and seeing the must-sees is a fantastic opportunity!

Sintra

Amidst the pine-covered hills of the Serra de Sintra Natural Park is the charming Portuguese town of Sintra, which looks like it belongs in a fairy tale. You will get the opportunity to tour this town, which is regarded as the most western point of Europe, because it is so close to Lisbon. As you explore the town’s charming forests and stunning sightseeing locations, let yourself to be mesmerized by the castles and palaces perched in the skies. You won’t want to miss Sintra, one of the world’s most enchanted and enigmatic locations!

Activities to Do After Work

There is a lot to do in the vibrant city of Lisbon! Eating is one of the most popular pastimes because Portuguese food is so tasty and reasonably priced! Try the famed custard pastries, “pastéis de nata,” the enormous variety of seafood, and the traditional cod fish dishes, “bacalhau.” At the end of the day, unwind Portuguese-style on one of Lisbon’s many rooftop terraces! The options are endless: take a surfing lesson, spend a leisurely day at the beach, attend one of the many free music events taking place throughout the city, or dance the night away in the vibrant nightlife!

Porto Weekend Trip

The second-largest city in Portugal’s north, Porto, is renowned for its vibrant architecture and quaint ambiance. (And food that’s even better.) It appears as though time has stopped in this lovely medieval city. You will undoubtedly have a great time with the city’s lovely river, its incredibly welcoming residents, and its youthful atmosphere, which is ideal for students. You will have the opportunity to experience the local food and see this city’s stunning sights during our program. Additionally, if you’re a Harry Potter lover, you should definitely visit the well-known bookstore “Lello,” as that’s where the author got the idea for Hogwarts!
