To help you get the most out of your stay in Singapore, the Singapore Internship Program offers fun weekend activities. These events are designed to make the most of everything the city has to offer, even though you will be working during the day. You must make the most of living overseas, even if your internship is the most crucial aspect. Examples of past actions include the events listed below.
Experience Singapore’s rich cultural and historical legacy by taking a city tour and taking in the sights and sounds of the vibrant ethnic neighborhoods. Religious structures are interspersed with charming shop buildings throughout the streets of Little India, Kampong Glam, and China Town. Modern shopping complexes are juxtaposed with elegant buildings and tranquil parks. You will have the opportunity to witness the ideal fusion of styles up close!
During the journey, you will have the opportunity to visit other surrounding cities, board islands that appear to be taken from a postcard, see stunning temples, and take in the breath-taking views of the area where land meets the sea. Students have previously visited locations including the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia, the amazing temples in Malaysia, and the Universal Studios on Sentosa Island.
You will have the opportunity to experience the rich and varied culture of Singapore and discover its landmarks and natural beauties as part of the program. You will be able to witness firsthand the remarkable contrast between traditional and modern Singapore. You can observe firsthand the creativity and ground-breaking projects carried out in this part of the world, which is known as the Asian capital for technology. You will feel as though your time there is insufficient because there is so much to discover.
Our goal is to assist you in making friends and acquainting yourself with your new city. Weekly unsponsored events for the entire group will be organized by our Divine Talent Hub staff to assist you. Attending these activities is optional, but we advise it since it will help you get to know the other interns in the program and your new city.
